Make Way for Real Ducklings
We just read Make Way for Ducklings by Robert McCloskey. He published this book in 1941. We went to Google Earth and found the setting of this story which is the picture below. Can you find the island the ducks visited in the Public Garden in this 2005 aerial photo? Words & pictures by Mr. B.

I was excited to learn you read a book by my favorite author, Robert McCloskey. My favorite book by this author is Blueberries for Sal, since it was written about a mountain where I used to live, Blue Hill, Maine. I think your web site is wonderful, keep reading!
