Make Way for Real Ducklings



We just read Make Way for Ducklings by Robert McCloskey. He published this book in 1941. We went to Google Earth and found the setting of this story which is the picture below. Can you find the island the ducks visited in the Public Garden in this 2005 aerial photo? Words & pictures by Mr. B.

We Are Word Wrestler Champions


We were on the Professor Garfield website. We were playing the word wrestler game. We have to put the pictures in the correct order. We have to answer three questions about the pictures correctly. If we get three rounds right, we win.
We won!

The Two Flowers are Blooming


One of the flowers grew first. Then another flower came. One is taller than the other one. They are both the same number on the petals. The smell is good.

The Dream Factory Visits Mrs. Dutch's Class

When we went to their class we read them a story that we made for them. They liked the story that we gave them. We all had fun with our buddies in Mrs. Dutch's class. We shared our animal crackers with them.

What is in the Box?


The Space Pup Cadets came to our room and read a play. The play was called What is in the Box? They made a box for the play. Inside the box was another box. They were so excited when they came to our class. In the little box there were animal crackers for us! We were so excited to have them come to our class.
